Beautiful day!!!
Yeah a beautiful day!! Living through gray days is worth it to me when we can get such beautiful weather in Febuary. The crocus are blooming and there are buds on just about everything. The rose bushes have over an inch growth already!!!! I cant wait to see the flowers.
We have decided to get chickens this spring. We are building a hen house out of wood from some large pallets we were given. So now we wait till the chicks are out in the stores and work on preparing someplace for them to stay. We also are going to have a litter of gerbils (just one, then we are giving away the male). We figure between the two fish, dog, gerbils and chicks we could have as many as 15 animals/fish at one time. How did that happen???????
I guess if you can't take the country out of the girl, she'll either find a way to bring as much country to her, or maybe it's that things get passed on even when you don't mean them too and you end up with kids that are as wistful about the country as the parents.
Well, we shall see what happens.....
